Qualification:
The
Basic qualification: 10+ 2 examination or equivalent, by way of academic
qualifications plus computer literacy as distinct from computer specialization.
The candidates applying for this post shall be examined on the following
acounts
(i)
Knowledge of routine office work such as preparation of salary bills,
maintenance of service records including the account of various kinds of leave
and understanding of the other related office work.
(ii)
Operational knowledge of computer and computer typing, including particular MS
word and MS excel.
(iii)
Skill in English Language (both spoken and written) enabling the incumbent to
respond and correspond independently.
(iv)
Basic general awareness
The
candidates shall be required to go in for a written objective type test
covering the above components.
After
the objective type test, the short listed candidates in order of cumulative
merit; shall be called for computer operation test. Those who qualify in
computer operation test shall be called for interview.
